Good morning everybody.
I just heard from Dawn (LILMOMMA216) and found out the reason she hasn't been here is because her husband is ill.
She has been taking care of him. He has been diagnosed with lymphoma and it has been a great shock to her family. He will be having surgery the first week of July.
Dawn says, " please what ever God you believe in please pray for him. I am doing okay I just need to be with my husband and I will let you
know how everything is as soon as I know."

Hang in there Dawn! We all love you here and are sending our thoughts and prayers your way.

my little [img]graemlins/dog.gif[/img] has lymphoma as well - My dad survived 13 years with cancer ...Hope they find a cure someday for this terrible disease

Very sorry to hear this news. Our prayers are with Dawn's family. My Grandfather survived lymphoma and he is 93 now, also a very good friend survived the disease and has been cancer free for over 15 years. So, yes, there is hope.

Cherie is doing a marathon with our old pal Val in October to benefit lymphoma charities. News on that in the near future.

Sorry about your husband. My cousin had lymphoma and beat it (so there is hope). I know how hard it can be on the family, and my prayers are with you all.

I'm not sure how often Dawn will be able to come to the board but I'm sure she'll appreciate all the loving thoughts and prayers from her friends here.
I plan to stay in touch with her and will let you know if there is anything you can do. It's nice of you to ask rocketmaster.

I don't know what to say. I can't even begin to tell everyone how they have made me feel. I am so grateful to have you in my life and I am sorry that I haven't been around. I hope everyone understands. I have been in a little shock this last month. I hope that things will be on the up and up. He is very positive right now. And we have faith. Everyone here has a special place in my heart and I will never forget that.
Gus you are the greatest and I don't know how I can every repay you. Gus I will keep you posted and please keep everyone else. Jim is returning to light duty work tomorrow and I will be going back to work as well.
